# Baby bonding parental leave

**Criteria:** Staff who become a parent through childbirth or adoption.

**Paid Time Off:** We offer staff up to four weeks of 100% paid time off during the first year of parenthood. The timeline for taking baby bonding parental leave will be extended for eligible staff in countries/regions with greater statutory entitlements.
