Business travel insurance

Your safety and security is very important to us, especially while you are traveling on company business. With that in mind, we are pleased to provide you with Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance from an AIG member company. With this coverage, you have access to AIG's business travel insurance plan in the event you experience any travel inconveniences, security issues, or medical emergencies while traveling anywhere in the world. As part of this coverage, you are also provided with travel assistance services from AIG Travel Protect, a 24/7/365 global assistance program developed in collaboration with International SOS. Services available to you include:

  • Travel Medical Assistance

  • Concierge Services

AIG Travel Protect App

AIG Travel Protect includes a mobile app with real-time risk alerts, local emergency numbers, and in-app claims initiation. All travellers are encouraged to download and register before their next trip. To get started, follow the Mobile App Download and Set Up Guidearrow-up-right and create an account using your email address and policy number.

Assistance Travel Card

While traveling, it is important you have on-hand at all times your Employee ID Cardarrow-up-right. Best practice is to print out the ID Card and have it on you throughout your trip in case of emergency.

Visa Application

If you are traveling on behalf of Mattermost and need a visa application, please complete the Visa Travel Letter Generation Formarrow-up-right. It is important to note that you're responsible for knowing visa requirements for travel from your country/region of origin. If you require an invitation letter or other documents specific to your consulate, please route all questions and requests to [email protected].
