The Legal Department at Mattermost covers Legal, Compliance (including Export Compliance), Privacy and Government Relations.

Here is how to submit requests and get access to legal resources:

Ironclad: To submit a legal question, a document for review, or generate a contract, please use Ironclad.
Legal Ticket: For any questions or requests, please submit a ticket via Ironclad.
Legal Channel on Mattermost: For general questions about legal resources and processes, you can use the Legal Channel. This channel should not be used for specific contract requests or for requests of legal (please use the Legal Ticket).
If you need to reach a specific member of the Legal Team, including internal and external counsel, please see Mattermost Legal Team.
