Pregnancy leave

Criteria: Staff who become disabled by pregnancy, childbirth, or have a medical condition related to pregnancy or childbirth. Paid Time Off: We offer staff up to 4 weeks of 100% paid time off during a pregnancy disability.

Note: Staff who meet this criteria will also be eligible for Baby Bonding Leave.

Mattermost Pregnancy Leave Entitlement: Eligible staff are entitled to up to 4 weeks of 100% paid time off during a pregnancy disability. This will be integrated with local regulation paid benefits.
